Raúl Alvarado built a 33-year career with the organizations that became Accenture, including serving as Global Chief Operating Officer for two major business units. His career took him across industries, cultures and geographies, working with leaders and organizations navigating complex challenges, transformation, and growth.
Today, he advises, coaches, mentors, and writes, while continuing his long-standing involvement in nonprofit leadership and service. His approach combines business judgement and global leadership experience with a deep interest in how people think, communicate, relate, grow, and lead.
