Earlier in my career, I led large-scale transformations and worked with organizations ranging from early-stage companies to global enterprises. I served as Global Chief Operating Officer at Accenture for two major business units, working across multiple industries. While based in the United States and Europe, my responsibilities took me across many parts of the world, including Africa and Asia. This experience shaped a clear understanding of how strategy, operations, and human dynamics connect.

Today, my approach integrates three disciplines: Energetic Mechanics™, metacognition, and the psychology of business. Together, they form a practical system that helps leaders align intention with impact and translate insight into consistent results.

I grew up in Panama and came to the United States for college, where I began my career with Accenture. I hold a degree in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Purdue University. My experiences continue to shape a global perspective grounded in simplicity and clarity.

I founded A Thousand Joys, an organization focused on resilience, healing, and human development, and I have served in nonprofit leadership roles supporting children and families across California. My work centers on one idea: when leaders gain clarity in how they operate, everything around them begins to align.
